I would like to put on record to your company how very pleased I was with the service I received yesterday from one of your technicians. His name was 'Nandy' and he was very patient, courteous and very meticulous in his work. - He fixed the problem I called upon your firm to look at, within half an hour, and saw that I then had a self-installation Broadband set to install, which he kindly offered to do for me.

There were many problems with this, which he handled very patiently and I was very impressed with his work ethics and devotion to his job and leaving a job well done. This is rare in the workforce today, I have been retired for nearly nine years but had a staff of 30 when I was working - I wish that even some of them had the same work ethics as your young man has. Thank you again for fixing my problems on the same day that I reported them.
