I was so thankful your tech came out the same day I called. I was also really impressed with the tech sent, he was very nice and explained everything well, and even offered extra help after he had 'clocked out' which was really kind and most appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work. Oh and the call centre person I logged the job with was very good, thorough and even called me back when he said he would. In this day and age this kind of service is rare, so thank you for the help.
