My tech was fabulous!!!
I know nothing about computers but he was able to let me follow what was wrong and how he was fixing it. It didn’t take a lot of time so value for money was excellent. He was also very happy to answer questions concerning computers in general and was helpful in suggestions for purchasing laptop and software.
