His name was 'Nandy' and he was very patient, courteous and very meticulous in his work. - He fixed the problem I called upon your firm to look at, within half an hour, and saw that I then had a self-installation Broadband set to install, which he kindly offered to do for me.

There were many problems with this, which he handled very patiently and I was very impressed with his work ethics and devotion to his job and leaving a job well done. This is rare in the workforce today, I have been retired for nearly nine years but had a staff of 30 when I was working - I wish that even some of them had the same work ethics as your young man has. Thank you again for fixing my problems on the same day that I reported them.

The last thing you need when you switch your much loved laptop on on a Saturday is for it not to work. With the Yellow Pages at hand I found Future PC. Their service was awesome. I was reassured that I should not have lost any files and that they will have me up and running quickly without having to leave my house. By 2.30 that afternoon my laptop was back to normal (if not a little faster) and was able to complete an urgent project.
