Support is available by phone, at your place or via our RescueNet remote support tool (to fix your problem via the internet) at very competitive rates.

How can I pay for your products and services?

Cash, cheque, internet banking or Credit Card. Credit card payments are only accepted via our online payment portal and have a 4% surcharge.

All brands and models. If you are unsure, just call.

What areas do you service?

Future PC service all of the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Tauranga areas. However, using our Rescuenet remote support technology we are able to resolve many problems remotely anywhere in New Zealand.
